At ITEMZ we sell carefully selected vintage items with great passion. Although our items are often in good condition, they are always offered in used condition. Given this used condition and the higher age of the items, we do not give any guarantee on our items.
To preserve the charm of our vintage and industrial items, we like to sell our items in their original condition as much as possible. This may mean that there are traces of use over the years, something that you as a true vintage enthusiast can of course appreciate.
Major, noticeable signs of use are always clearly stated or shown in the photos, so that you are well informed.
If you return everything, you will get the full amount of your order back. The shipping costs are at your own expense. Consult the shipping service for exact rates.
Are you returning only part of your order? Then we will refund the amount of the returned items. The shipping costs are also at your own expense.
If for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. It's a shame you want to return something, but here's how you can do it:
Please pack the item neatly and carefully so that we can receive it back in good condition.
Please clearly state on the package:
Take the package to a shipping service of your choice and send it to the address above.
Once we have received your package in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 30 days.
